Reef Group and EQ Hotels Ltd have commenced on redevelping the old Boswells department store into a boutique hotel in central Oxford. Boswells had a trading history dating back to 1738 and was the second oldest family-owned department store in the world and is located in the heart of the city.
The design will have take reference to the site’s historic past and will also include a spa and co-workspace which will be open to the general public with its opening predicted for early summer 2023.
PPSC have been engaged by the team to support them in the Design, Preopening, Recruitment and Training stages of the wellbeing space.
