Blurring the lines to create a new type of accommodation, The Other House has disrupted the traditional sectors of hotels, serviced apartments and private rentals, positioning itself as a second home – or other house – for its residents, whatever their length of stay. As such, The Other House South Kensington comprises of 200 fully-fitted Club Flats that will act as a focal point from which guests can relax or explore the British capital.
Designed by interiors studio Bergman, the brand’s first flag exudes its very own distinct character and identity. Elevating the traditional long-stay and serviced apartment models, the development combines apartments with a private club exclusively for residents and members housing two bars, a Thermal area, Sound and Fitness studio.
