Sophie Benge, Marina Efraimoglou and Motti Essakow joined Paula in discussing how to develop a wellness concept that works for a resort, by firstly determining the right amenities and then how to effectively manage the offering.
Passionate debate followed, on how a wellness offering can positively impact people, the planet and also hotel profits. The premise of ‘healthy returns’ was also explored along with how integrating wellness into the hotel or resort experience, can become a sound investment.
The feedback from the attendees was that they found this an informative and beneficial session- taking away many ideas of how to approach and develop “Wellness” concepts into their own businesses.
